Reusable instruments

LCH, a benchmark in the medical field, has had the same goal since its creation:
to offer intelligent and qualitative products able to meet your demand in safety, comfort and precision terms.

Our Nessicare division has launched 3 ranges of reusable instruments:
- tungsten
- Premium stainless steel,
stainless steel.

Tungsten

Characteristics:
- resistant to wear and oxidation at high temperatures as well as thermal shocks,
- strength, precision, quality, safety and comfort.
A special attention has been paid to the choice of the stainless steel in order to optimize
the quality of each instrument.
The matt stainless steel finish has been chosen for two reasons:
- to avoid any problems of light reflection, particularly in the operating theater,
- to reduce the scratch marks considerably.

Stainless Steel

According to the needs and the use of your different services (operating theater, surgery, day cares,…)
you have the choice between:
- Premium stainless steel: theater quality,
- stainless steel: service quality.
The Premium stainless steel is of very high quality. It is equivalent to our tungsten range.

Nessicare’s advantages:
Quality, ergonomics, shelf-life and resistance to re-sterilization.
Nessicare pays a particulary attention about:
- the definition and conception of the instruments,
- strict controls throughout the manufacturing process.
To enhance quality, we have chosen a matt stainless steel finish and an individual zip bag, preventing from risks of scratch marks, breaks, …
We are conscious that sterilization is an important activity in your establishments.

Nessicare guarantees

- tungsten instruments: 3 years, MTG,
- Premium stainless steel instruments (theater quality): 3 years, MTB,
- stainless steel instruments (service quality): 1 year, MTE.
This guarantee doesn’t cover the normal wear and its application is subject to a maintenance and re-use conforming to the information supplied with the instruments.
Furthermore, the guarantee is not applied if the instruments are modified or repaired by personnel not authorized by LCH Medical Products.
It is the strict responsibility of the user (qualified personnel) to ensure that the instruments are used wisely and appropriately.

Reception and control

The reception of a new instrument shall be entrusted only to personnel aware of the procedures to apply.
After the order is checked, the material must be unpacked and checked, before being used, to ensure its proper operating condition.
An instrument which might look deficient shall be returned in its original packaging without being modified under penalty of cancellation of the guarantee.
