The non-woven Optima swabs are composed of viscose (70%) and polyester (30%). Thanks to a mechanical association process of the fibres, it is an homogeneous structure which is supple and thick, soft and not very sensitive to fraying. Their power of absorption and their capacity of blood retention are higher than the traditional swabs.
